"Nice! Clean and noise-free. everything I was looking for in an apartment. tranquillity. Even though sometimes the parking lots don't remove the snow quickly, I like the xio community"

"This apartment is in a great community and my office and Indian grocery store both are near by. They are doing good maintenance and answering our calls and resolving issues as soon as possible, and they always respond politely."

"I love living here. I have lived here for 2 years now and plan on renewing. The only complaint i would have is my neighbors upstairs are way to noisy,but thats not the apartments fault. Staff is very friendly and the pool is awesome!"

"The move in went very smooth. Jen the Assistant Manger was amazing! She answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is beautiful! We love the open floor plan, nice countertops, and great appliances."
